An IG DM That Launched a Whole Community
Tails of Connection (TOC) started with a single DM and a shared love of dogs.
Christie Catan and Jessica Yergin met on Instagram when Jessica
fell in love with Christie’s dog, Otis.
The rest is history
So Christie (a former consultant and entrepreneur and now a certified professional dog trainer) and Jessica (a former television producer and digital content expert) launched TOC as a small passion project right before COVID.
As the world went online, it quickly became a growing online hub for pet parents, pro trainers, and dog lovers who believe in compassionate, science-based training. Since launching right before the pandemic, TOC has connected thousands of humans and their dogs through training resources, storytelling, and shared experiences.
